Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, you have 7 days after the confirmed
delivery date set by the carrier company to return the product to
us less a restocking fee. We will not issue any refunds after this
period, the only options available on certain products are exchange
and warranty related items. Unless specifically stated, all
warranties and done through the manufacturer and not UShopFast.com.
Currently only products with the Model numbers starting with LA-
and LB- are done through UShopFast.com. (Those specific Laptop
adapters and batteries). If you feel you have ordered the wrong
product, it is your responsibility to contact us within this 7 day
window to get an RMA. If the wrong product was shipped to you
and it was the fault of UShopFast.com, UShopFast.com will do an
exchange. The product must have all of it's original
packaging and MUST be in the same condition as we shipped it to you
or a Refund will NOT be issued.
There is
a 25% restocking fee for on all NON-Opened products. Certain
products which have been opened may have a higher restocking fee
(25% to 75%) and/or may not be eligible for return. Certain
items such as software, games, DVDs or media may not be
returned if opened. If the wrong product has been ordered, do not
open the product as we may not accept it. RMA's will only be issued
for DOA, or Warranty Products. Unless specifically stated, all
warranties and done through the manufacturer and not UShopFast.com.
Also, some products are drop-shipped from UShopFast.com's suppliers
which have their own RMA policies. In these situations,
UShopFast.com follows the RMA procedures of our suppliers for their
products and in most cases, they are not eligible for return if
opened. If products are unopened, there will be a 25% restocking
fee and certain products which have been opened may have a higher
restocking fee (25% to 75%) and/or may not be eligible for
return.
If your
return is a warranty or exchange related issue an RMA (Returns
Merchandise Authorizaton) number will be issued to you. Once you
obtain your RMA number you have 7 days to ship the product back to
us.
To
return your product to UShopFast.com for refund or exchange you
must follow our RMA procedure.
Please
email Customer
Service to obtain your RMA
number. Your email must contain the following:
- Your Invoice and/or order number.
- The product code of the product you are returning.
- Your reason for return.
- Whether this is an exchange or refund.
- If your item is a battery or adapter, please indicate the model
of the laptop that it is supposed to fit.
We will send you an
email with an RMA number shortly after and you will be responsible
for shipping the product back to us. Please ship the product
with the original Invoice or packing slip and label the RMA number
clearly on the front of the package. We will not accept any
shipments sent collect. Once we receive your package, please
reserve one week for testing and if deemed defective, we will ship
you your replacement or refund your order.
Our warranty and exchange policies are updated regularly, please
visit our site as we are continually working to improve the
returns, warranty and exchange process.
Exchange Options
You have 2 options for the RMA Exchange, Returns and Warranty
1) Advance Replacement Option - You place an order online again for
the same product and it will be shipped to you right away. Once we
receive the unit from you, we will refund your initial order plus
the ground shipping rate of the product returned. (Express and
overnight rates are deducted from the ground rate). The buyer is
responsible for return shipping and also the shipping for the
advance shipment if the order doesn't qualify for free
shipping.
2) Exchange Replacement Option - You return the product back to us,
and we will send you another one. This process takes longer. The
buyer is responsible for return shipping and UShopfast.com pays for
shipment of the warranty replacement.
We ship via USPS with Tracking or Fedex Ground for all Warranty and
Exchange Replacements.
*Free shipping excludes all orders to AK, HI, PR and items which require freight. In the event UPS Ground is not available, we will ship via USPS or UPS Ground.
